By using our website or purchasing a product or service through GayGranCanarias.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

GayGranCanarias.com helps visitors discover and, where available, book:

Flights and travel services
Events and Pride activities
Boat trips and cruises
Excursions and activities
Tickets and vouchers
Gay-friendly businesses
Bars, nightlife and entertainment
Saunas and wellness venues
Local experiences
Partner offers and discounts

Some services are offered directly through GayGranCanarias.com, while others are provided by independent third-party travel companies, event organisers, activity providers or affiliate partners.

The identity of the relevant provider or organiser should be checked during the booking process.

3. Third-Party Travel Bookings

5. Events, Tickets, Cruises & Activities

The organiser is responsible for the operation of the event or activity, including matters such as:

Venue access
Sailing and departure
Safety procedures
Programme
Artists and entertainment
Opening times
Capacity
Operational changes

GayGranCanarias.com may act as a ticketing, promotional or booking intermediary.

6. Ticket Information

When purchasing a ticket, you are responsible for checking that the information supplied during the booking is correct.

Tickets may be supplied electronically by email, QR code or through an external ticketing provider.

You should keep your ticket and booking confirmation safe.

Where required, a valid ticket and/or identification must be presented before admission.

A ticket that has already been scanned, redeemed or otherwise used may no longer be valid.

7. Changes & Cancellations

8. Boat Trips & Cruises

Boat trips and cruises are subject to weather, sea conditions, harbour regulations, vessel availability and decisions made by the captain or organiser.

Departure times, routes and programmes may therefore change.

The captain and/or organiser has final responsibility for determining whether a sailing can safely proceed.

Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.

9. Admission & Behaviour

Event organisers, venues, clubs, boats and activity providers may refuse admission or remove a participant where reasonably necessary for safety, security or orderly operation.

This may include behaviour that is:

Dangerous
Aggressive
Discriminatory
Threatening
Seriously disruptive
Contrary to venue rules
Contrary to applicable law

Being in possession of a ticket does not remove the obligation to comply with reasonable venue and safety rules.

10. Age Restrictions

Some events, venues, cruises, nightlife activities and services are restricted to persons aged 18 or over.

Where an age restriction applies, valid identification may be required.

By purchasing an age-restricted ticket, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.

11. Prices & Payments

Prices are normally displayed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.

Prices, booking fees, service charges and applicable taxes will be displayed during the relevant booking process wherever applicable.

For products supplied by external partners, the final price shown by that provider at checkout applies.

GayGranCanarias.com cannot guarantee that prices displayed by third-party providers will remain unchanged.

12. Vouchers & Discount Codes

GayGranCanarias.com may provide promotional vouchers, discount codes or partner offers.

Unless stated otherwise:

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discounts cannot automatically be combined.
A voucher may have an expiry date.
Individual partner conditions may apply.
A voucher may be limited to one use per person or booking.

17. Photos & Media at Events

Photos and video recordings may be made at public events, parties, cruises and other activities promoted through GayGranCanarias.com.

Where GayGranCanarias.com is not the organiser, the photography and media policy of the relevant organiser or venue applies.

Where GayGranCanarias.com itself produces promotional photography or video, applicable privacy and data protection requirements will be respected.

18. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Where GayGranCanarias.com acts solely as an intermediary, it is not responsible for the actual performance of services supplied by independent hotels, airlines, event organisers, venues, transport providers, cruise operators or activity providers.

GayGranCanarias.com is not responsible for indirect losses or circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

19. Personal Responsibility & Safety

Visitors participate in activities, nightlife, excursions and events subject to the reasonable risks associated with those activities.

Always:

Follow instructions from organisers and staff.
Respect local laws and venue rules.
Take appropriate care of personal belongings.
Follow safety instructions during excursions and boat trips.
Drink responsibly.
Arrange appropriate travel insurance where necessary.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Dutch and European law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the consumer’s country of residence or in the country where a particular service is performed.

For services provided by independent third-party organisers, additional local laws and the supplier’s own terms may apply.

GayGranCanarias.com may update these Terms & Conditions when services, legislation, partners or website functionality change.

The latest version published on GayGranCanarias.com will apply from its stated effective date.
