Whether you are travelling solo, with friends, or as part of a group, Adventure Week is designed to bring people together through a carefully curated programme of activities. From outdoor adventures and cultural experiences to pool parties, social gatherings, and relaxed meetups, there is something for everyone. Alongside the more energetic and social elements, the programme also creates space for balance and wellbeing. Expect opportunities to slow down and recharge through mindfulness moments, light wellness activities, and a focus on mental wellbeing. From beach workouts and active sessions in the fresh air to more relaxed gatherings, the week offers a mix of energy, connection, and time to reset. This is not a single event, but a full week of optional activities that you can build around your own schedule. Join as much or as little as you like, creating your own personalised Adventure Week experience. Join us on this full-day eco-adventure through one of Europe’s last remaining laurel forests, where waterfalls tumble into clear pools, ancient ruins lie hidden among the trees, and the scent of wild herbs fills the air. Highlights of the Day Charming Firgas – The “City of Water” Wander through this picturesque town, known for its cascading fountains and panoramic views over the Doramas Forest and Atlantic Ocean. Azuaje Ravine Hike – The Island’s Rainforest Walk shaded trails deep into the lush Laurisilva forest, cross bubbling streams, and discover the fascinating ruins of an old spa tucked away in the greenery. Expect a mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises, stretching, and beach-body-inspired movement suitable for a range of fitness levels. Whether you are a regular gym-goer or simply looking for a positive and motivating way to begin the week, this session is all about having fun, meeting people, and feeling good. As with many Adventure Week activities, the focus is not only on fitness, but also on wellbeing, confidence, connection, and enjoying the atmosphere together. This unforgettable route takes you deep into the dramatic mountain landscapes of the island, passing through ancient Canary pine forests, rocky mountain trails, and breathtaking panoramic viewpoints along the way. As you climb higher into the heart of Gran Canaria, you’ll experience a completely different side of the island—far removed from the beaches and tourist resorts of the south.
